Our relationship-led model has generated record positive results in an independent satisfaction survey. These statistics prove that our unique approach is changing the face of homecare in the UK.

- 93% of CAREGivers feel they are given enough time to deliver the desired levels of client care
This survey was undertaken in June this year and more than 4,000 Home Instead clients and 4,100 Home Instead CAREGivers were polled.
For us, care and companionship go hand-in-hand. This means visits are delivered by familiar faces at a time that beat suits the client. The dedicated CAREGivers are matched to their clients based on common interests and personality.
We think homecare is delivered by people who feel valued, respected and part of a bigger mission. We couldn’t deliver excellent homecare without our CAREGivers, they really are the backbone of our care model.
The results above show that our CAREGivers feel they have opportunities to learn and develop new skills and, most importantly, they have enough time to deliver the quality homecare they know older people deserve.
