Home Instead named Homecare Provider of the year

Home Instead were the delighted recipients of the Homecare Provider of the Year Award earlier this month at the Laing Buission National Awards 2016.

LaingBuisson is the UK’s leading provider of information and market intelligence on the independent health, community care and childcare sectors. Their awards celebrate outstanding innovators and performers in the UK’s care sector.

Key aspects that separate Home Instead from other Homecare providers were highlighted in our submission to judges. This included our minimum two hour visits, focusing on carefully matching our clients and CAREGivers, the continuity of their relationships and the bespoke training we deliver our CAREGivers.

We also placed key emphasis on 'the Mum Test'. This is ensuring that all our clients are provided with the quality care we would wish to have for our family members.

2016 has been a year where we have been widely recognised for the outstanding quality care that our clients receive. We we received royal recognition twice after being awarded the Queen's award for innovation and the Princess Royal Training Award in recognition of our oustanidning training programes. We were also honoured to be named 56th in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to work for 2016.
