Bryn and Jill began their careers in care over 15 years ago when they first opened their Home Instead offices.

At the time, they had just 2 employees. Now, they employ over 150 professionals in care.

In her role as General Manager, Alison works closely with the teams in recruitment, retention, marketing and business development to drive change, growth, and innovation, all whilst supporting our team of Care Professionals along their journey in care.

As Care Manager, Tracey works to empower the people we support to lead independent and fulfilled lives, taking real control of what that looks like for them.

Faye has been with us since the very beginning, over 15 years ago.

Having started as a caregiver, she was able to smoothly transition into the office, helping to assist in the training of newcomers, as well as supporting our clients in her role as Client Care Coordinator.

Originally joining Home Instead as a Care Professional, Rowen proved herself to be an outstanding asset to our team, leading to her progression into the Field Support role where she will be able to pass on her expertise to fellow Care Pros and meet new clients.

Jane provides additional support to our team of Care Professionals, alongside Rowen and Faye.

Donna oversees the recruitment drive across North Sheffield, striving to recruit the right people with the right heart to work in care.

Having worked in care before, Cheryl is passionate about providing outstanding quality of care for our clients.

Bernice has been with us since 2009, just a few years after we opened our offices.

Pauline started with us as a Care Professional, a role that she still holds in addition to her part-time accounts role.

The dual nature of her job enables her to be a part of the Care Professional team as well as working with Bernice in accounts as part of the office team

Lynette joined the team having had 25 years of experience in retail management. She felt a change in career was what she really needed.

Sue assists Lynette in the Learning and Development Team to ensure support Care Pros during their onboarding and training at Home Instead.

With a vast experience of working in care, Sue is able to share her knowledge to instil confidence and trust within new starters.

Emily is brand new to care, and has a background in creative writing and storytelling. She's excited to use her skills to share the wonderful stories of our clients and Care Professionals.
