Parkinson’s can bring more than just visible symptoms; it’s the quieter, day-to-day difficulties that often go unnoticed. From slowed movement to fatigue and disrupted sleep, these challenges can gradually impact our routines and feelings of independence. We understand the importance of responding with home care that’s as practical as it is personal. Whether it’s help with dressing, safe mobility around the home, or ensuring medication is taken on time, our care professionals provide reliable support that evolves with your needs. By building meaningful relationships and focusing on the person behind the condition, we help make each day feel more manageable, supporting not just tasks, but also confidence and comfort.

Living with Parkinson’s often means adjusting to new ways of life, but it doesn’t mean giving up the things you love. Through our care, we focus on building confidence and empowering our clients to stay engaged in their interests. For example, one client was referred to us after a fall and short stay at Richmond Royal Hospital left him reluctant to leave the house. Knowing his love for the outdoors, we matched him with a care professional who shared that same passion. With encouragement, the pair now attend the Isleworth Bowls Club together, an outing that not only gets him moving but also brings a renewed sense of enjoyment and self-assurance. Because with the right support, life with Parkinson’s can still include the things we enjoy.

We believe the quality of care begins with the quality of training. That’s why every member of our team undergoes award-winning, City & Guilds-accredited training in Parkinson’s care, equipping them to recognise subtle changes and respond confidently. But our investment doesn’t stop there. Through regular workshops, one-to-one mentoring, and personal development opportunities, we champion continuous growth across our team. This commitment to excellence enables us to deliver consistently outstanding home care, and it is why we’re proud to be the first and only home care provider in Richmond to be rated Outstanding by the CQC, a reflection of the high standards we hold and the difference we make to local families every day.
Our commitment to Parkinson’s care doesn’t end at the doorstep; it extends into the heart of our community. We work closely with Age UK Richmond, who run a wide range of inclusive activities that promote mobility, social connection, and a better quality of life. From Body Strength classes at the Barnes Green Centre to lively Social Afternoons and Bingo at Whitton Social Centre, we help clients stay active in ways that suit them. These local initiatives not only support physical health but offer a sense of social connection, because living well with Parkinson’s means continuing to take part in the world around you.
