Get in touch Why Palliative Care may be right for you
When a person receives a diagnosis of a terminal illness it is an entirely personal choice to decide where they want to be cared for.
We are pleased to offer palliative care for people in their own homes with a service that can adapt to changing needs. We recently supported a lady at end of life and were able to provide a team that supported her until she passed away, honouring her desire to stay in her own home.
We are used to working alongside other palliative care specialists from the NHS and the Marie Curie Hospice in Penarth as part of a cross-functional team. We consider it a tremendous honour to support a client and their family with palliative domiciliary care.
