Staying physically and socially active offers a multitude of benefits for your overall health and well-being. it helps you reduce your risk of many conditions such as heart disease or dementia, plus boosts your mental health.
Maybe you want to feel more steady on your feet and feel more confident, perhaps you want to loose weight or you could be recovering from surgery and have been told staying physically active will help you.
Age UK Norwich have qualified Health Coaches that are able to help you learn more about what exercises are going to help you with your specific needs. They will be able to help support you at home with your goals. The sessions are aims at all ages.
They will learn about your interests so see if any physical activity can be incorporated so it stays fun and be able to track your progress to make sure you feel confident in what you are doing.

Our Care Professionals at Home Instead Norwich can support people with their daily exercises to promote physical health and independence. If you are someone who would rather get out of the house to exercise, our Care Professionals have their own vehicles, so they can take you where you want to go within your visit time.
