Born and raised in the area, I have worked in a number of roles within Cheshire in the sales and fitness industry. I enjoy meeting and working with a diverse range of people and this drew me to Home Instead. You meet so many interesting people from our CAREGivers, clients and all the local people in our local community that we engage with on a daily basis.

My name is Jill Walton and I started at Home Instead in February 2019. I started as a a CAREGiver which I thoroughly enjoyed and I have recently progressed to the role of Field Care Supervisor. This is an interesting role which involves visiting new clients, monitoring and supervising the quality of care that is delivered within Home Instead.

Johanna Dunning Training & Finance Coordinator holding CQC Outstanding sign

Johanna Dunning - Training & Finance Coordinator

I came to Home Instead Senior Care in March 2014 because they really are different; they have an outstanding commitment to both clients and CAREGivers!

I spent five years learning British Sign Language and used to use it regularly in my work, now it's just when I catch up with old friends.

When I am not working I am usually with my three children, two cats and little Shih-tzu!

I first started working in care in 1996. I have worked in various sectors of the care industry and in schools - both mainstream and special needs and now I look forward to going work every day for Home Instead.

In my new position as a Senior CAREGiver, my role is to ensure that the company and CQC standards for care are met. To ensure this I conduct Quality Support and Service review visits with the clients and work alongside the other office team members as well as providing care out in the community.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my two children, exploring local walks and enjoy socialising with friends and family.
