Care Professional Vacancies in North Wales – April 2023

If you are looking for a change in role that provides complete job satisfaction then why not consider a role in care?

We are currently recruiting for Home Care Assistants in North Wales.

What to expect from your role as Home Care Assistant?

Care isn’t a dull 9-5 role – you’ll be doing something different every day as each of your clients is completely unique.

All of our clients at Home Instead receive a personalised care plan, bespoke to their needs.  You’ll be supporting them to continue living at home – the place where they feel the happiest – for as long as possible.

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide a variety of tasks from personal care, home help to shopping and meal preparation.   Your client may have had a long stay in hospital and needs some extra assistance keeping their home clean and tidy, whilst they work on their mobility.  Your client may be living with dementia and needs regular reminders with their medication or help getting showered and dressed each morning.  We pride ourselves on our companionship care so for some clients you may just be providing some much needed company and engagement and putting a stop to that feeling of isolation.

Everything you do will make a huge difference and will enable your client to lead a fulfilled life in the way that they choose.

Where will I work?

We work with clients who live at home – our support helps them stay at home for longer without the stress and upheaval of moving into residential care.

As their Care Assistant, you’ll spend at least one hour with them, often more.  You’ll work in a local team close to where you live so you won’t be travelling here there and everywhere.  Care isn’t about spending your life behind the wheel of your car, we want you to appreciate the time you have with your client.

We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants in the following areas:

Llandudno – Penrhyn Bay – Rhos on Sea – Colwyn Bay

If you are looking to support people in your local community then do get in touch!
