Although Downton can be a great place for an older adult to live-small enough to have a proper community feel but large enough to offer a wide range of amenities-getting out and about may become more challenging with age and that’s where our wonderful Care Professionals can shine. Our Care Pro Shelly drives Mrs E to church and to the local Co-op, while Amy will go to the pharmacy to collect Mrs M’s prescription for her. Attending groups or appointments can also be more demanding as you age, so our Care Pro Tracy accompanies Mr and Mrs P to Downton Downtime on a Tuesday. A familiar and reassuring face goes a long way to easing some of these challenges and perhaps even making them fun!
