Choosing Home Instead Hungerford for personalised home care

We create a care plan tailored to your needs after an initial consultation in your home. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your desired support, routines, medication needs, and more. We will also conduct a thorough risk assessment, ensuring your environment is safe, making any recommendations helpful to your needs. Your Care Support Manager will introduce you to your Care Professional on their first visit and review your care plan with them to ensure everyone is on the same page. To ensure your care remains up to date and effective, your Care Support Manager will stay in regular contact with you. This ongoing communication allows us to adjust your care as needed, ensuring it’s safe and aligned with any changes in your needs.
