In simple terms Care Solutions is set monthly billing. Rather than charging for the exact number of hours of care delivered in a month, we charge a set fee per month. This is calculated by taking the hours of care per week X the hourly charge X 52 divided by 12.

Rather than selling a job, we look for people who we think will fit the role, but who will also value it and stay with us so we can invest in training and development.
