We are led by Sarah and Chris Daly, who have owned our family-run business for 13 years and bring genuine passion to supporting people living with dementia in West Horsley and beyond. Vicki, our Group Operations Manager, began her journey with us as a Care Professional and brings both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to her role, understanding the realities of dementia care from multiple perspectives. All our Care Professionals receive extensive dementia training in our dedicated training suite, learning practical techniques for communication, managing changing behaviours, and creating meaningful moments of connection. This genuine passion carries through into our commitment to building a more dementia-friendly West Horsley community.
