Every Care Professional receives comprehensive in-house personal care training delivered by highly trained staff signed off in train the trainer training, covering safe moving and handling, supporting people with dementia, dignity in care, and how to communicate sensitively during intimate tasks. Our team stays in regular contact with families through our care app and phone calls, making sure any changes in needs are identified quickly and care plans adjusted.
