Tailoring our care to each individual we support is at the heart of what we do. We can visit you at home to understand the support you need and the way you like to live, and we use that to match you to one of our lovely Care Professionals, taking personality and shared interests into account as well as skills and experience. Once they move in, your Care Professional has a bedroom of their own, and they typically work eight to ten hours a day with breaks, and they are in the home overnight, so help is never far away. Two Care Professionals usually share the role over alternating stays of a few weeks, giving you consistency while allowing each proper time off, with cover arranged whenever it is needed.
Care needs rarely stay the same, and our live-in care is designed with that in mind. Our local Care Manager reviews the support regularly, visits to see how things are going, and adjusts the care promptly when anything changes.
