A member of our Stockton-on-Tees team can visit you to understand your individual needs, preferences and daily routine, and together we agree a care plan. We then introduce a Care Professional chosen for their experience and, just as importantly, their personality, before they settle in. Your Care Professional will need a bedroom of their own and although they live in the home, they are not working around the clock. They typically work an eight to ten hour day, agreed with you at the assessment, with breaks built in, and they remain on hand overnight should anything unexpected happen. Our team of Care Professionals work on a rota, often a few weeks at a time, so a second familiar face provides cover while the first takes time off. Handovers are planned carefully, and care continues without interruption if anyone is unwell or away.
Supporting every Care Professional is our local office team. Our Stockton-on-Tees team recruits, trains and employs each one, supervises the care, and reviews the plan regularly as needs change.
