We are led by Joe, our Director with nine years of experience running Home Instead offices, who ensures our St George team delivers exceptional, person-centred dementia care. Our Care Manager, Tracy, brings over a decade of care experience, personally overseeing the matching process between clients and Care Professionals to create relationships built on trust and shared interests. We invest heavily in specialised dementia training for our Care Professionals, going well beyond industry standards. This year, our Team Leader's partner is running the Bristol 10k in honour of his grandmother who lives with dementia, raising funds for Home Instead charitable initiatives that support dementia research.
