We know that every client has different care needs, so our care plans reflect this and are unique for each client. We can provide 1 hour per day, longer visits or multiple visits per day. If this isn’t the answer, we also have Live in Carers who live with our client or some people need over night care to allow their family or partners to sleep. Overnight care can be waking or sleeping depending on the situation. We are very experienced with dementia, but we also care for people with Parkinson’s, mobility issues related to arthritis, injury or stroke. Other areas of care include palliative and end of life that may require support with catheters, stomas or feeding pegs.

Optimise: Our Care Pros are available to improve the quality of life and independence of our clients. For some that maybe having their hair washed for them because arthritis makes it difficult. Others may want a trip into Victoria Place, T.Wells to buy a birthday present and help to plan weekly meals and shopping. Ordering an online food shop for delivery during the next Home Instead care visit. Accompanying to Southborough Town Council’s Market on a Saturday.
