We regularly accompany clients to the Age Concern Southend Dementia Day Centre, where engaging activities and friendly faces create a supportive environment specifically designed for people living with dementia. Many of our clients look forward to memory cafes, where our Care Professionals help them participate in activities that spark wonderful conversations about cherished memories. For those who prefer quieter outings, we might suggest a gentle stroll through Priory Park when the weather’s nice, or perhaps tea and cake at one of the dementia-friendly cafés along Southend seafront.
Our office staff brings over 20 years of combined care experience, with some of our members having started as Care Professionals before being promoted to field positions.
