Trusted, Personalised Home Care in Newcastle upon Tyne

Our visits always last at least an hour, which gives enough time to provide support properly and still enjoy some companionship along the way. Depending on the person, this may include help with getting up and ready for the day, preparing a meal, support with medication or a hand with light housekeeping. We also help clients continue doing the things they enjoy outside the home. Many of our Care Professionals drive, so that might mean visiting a friend for lunch, attending a local group, going for a walk in Jesmond Dene or spending some time by the Quayside. The aim is to help people carry on with the activities and routines that matter to them. We are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission, and every Care Professional is employed and trained by us, with additional training in areas including dementia and Parkinson’s.

Our Care Starts With Connection

Helping clients maintain their independence is central to the home care we provide in Newcastle. We take time to understand how someone likes things done, what they want to continue managing for themselves and where some extra support would be useful. Our Care Professionals can then provide that support in a way that keeps the person involved in their usual routines, whether that is preparing lunch together, helping them get ready for the day or supporting them to continue with a hobby or activity they enjoy. The aim is to help each person remain confident, involved and as independent as possible.

Our Newcastle upon Tyne Team is With You Through Every Step

When choosing a care agency in Newcastle upon Tyne, many families value having a local team that stays closely involved in the care. Our local team organises the visits, arranges cover when someone is unavailable and speaks regularly with families, so there are familiar people to turn to if something changes or a question comes up. Because the team knows Newcastle and the local services well, they can also work alongside GP surgeries, district nurses and other professionals where appropriate, as well as guide families towards additional support when needed. With one local office overseeing the care, families do not have to take on the day-to-day organisation themselves.
