We are led by Gail Devereux-Batchelor, our owner and Managing Director, who is actively involved in the local community as a dementia champion. Our care team benefits from the expertise of Angela, our General Manager with over 14 years at Home Instead, who additionally supports registered Care Managers across Leicestershire in her Skills for Care leading mentoring role. Lucy, with her 20 years of care experience, oversees the quality of our service as Care Manager and provides valuable support to our Care Professionals. This wealth of experience is matched by our wider community engagement across Kibworth Beauchamp and Leicestershire. Led by our retired nurse, we offer Dementia Awareness talks for local groups, supporting better interactions with those living with dementia. We collaborate with Leicestershire libraries on the Reading Well programme, aiding those affected by dementia and their families. We're also active in the Dementia Action Alliance in Harborough and Rutland, aiming to create dementia-friendly communities.
