The first step is a telephone interview, which is usually with Chrissie or Katie, it’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other. If the initial chat indicates a good fit for you and for us, we’ll invite you for a face-to-face interview at our Ilkeston office.

For those who shine in the interview and want to join us (we hope you will!) we will then proceed to conduct a DBS check and for you to provide references. Following approval of these, you’re almost ready to make a difference in people’s lives in our local area.

Time to get started as a Care Professional

Training is the next important step. Over two days, which will mark your first days of work, you’ll receive comprehensive training to prepare you thoroughly for your role with our Training Lead Chrissie, so you’ll feel confident from the first visit. Rest assured, you’ll be well-supported every step of the way.

With training completed, you’ll start with supported visits to our clients’ homes, providing services that range from companionship visits and personal care to ensuring medication is remembered.
