I have over 20 years of experience in the Health and Social Care Sector and joined Home Instead in 2011. As the General Manager and Registered Manager, I am responsible for overseeing the regulated activities daily and share legal responsibility with the provider.

I worked with Home Instead Nottingham for 11 years joining as a Community Liaison Manager. My current role is as a Field Supervisor at the Ilkeston/Hucknall office, I feel very passionate about this role as I love meeting and helping our Care Professionals on their journey.

I worked in Health and Social Care and Public Health for over 25 years. In my role at Home Instead, as a Field Supervisor, it enables me to work closer with clients and make a positive difference. I have 3 children, 2 grandsons and a basset hound which keeps me very busy.
