Our team are walking a Mile a Day for Parkinson’s UK throughout September!

So far, we’ve raised £215 of our £300 goal, and with your support, we’d love to reach that target. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference.

Throughout September, some of our amazing Care Professionals and office team at Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham have taken on the challenge of walking a mile a day in support of Parkinson’s UK.

Come rain or shine, our team has been out and about exploring the local area, often with their families alongside them, and even fitting in walks between client visits. We couldn’t be prouder of their efforts.

Throughout the month, we’ve seen shared:

  • Stunning sunsets on evening walks
  • Strolls and hikes with teammates
  • Snaps of familiar local landmarks
  • Adorable four-legged walking buddies

So far, we’ve raised £215 of our £300 goal, and with your support, we’d love to reach that target. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference.

Walking every day not only boosts our own wellbeing, but also helps raise awareness and vital funds for people living with Parkinson’s. Parkinson’s is the fastest-growing neurological condition in the world, and right now, there is no cure. The money raised will help fund pioneering research and provide essential support for those affected.

This cause is especially close to our hearts. We support clients who live with Parkinson’s, and we see first-hand the impact it can have on both them and their families. That’s why we’re proud to go beyond our daily care services and do our part to support Parkinson’s UK.

If you’d like to help us reach our fundraising goal, please consider making a donation. Together, we can make a real difference!
