We’re absolutely delighted to introduce Hannah, the newest member of the Home Instead Eastbourne & Hailsham team! Hannah joins us as our Care Coordinator, bringing a wealth of experience and genuine passion for caring.
In her role, Hannah will be the friendly face behind:
- Arranging care visits with a personal touch
- Thoughtfully matching clients with our wonderful Care Professionals
- Keeping the office running smoothly alongside our other office team members
Hannah’s Journey: From Family Caregiver to The Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham Team
Having cared for both her own grandmother and mother, she understands the joys and challenges of caregiving on a personal level. Hannah says “I’m passionate about helping people and love working in roles where I can support individuals, nurturing their needs while encouraging their independence.” This firsthand understanding of the challenges and rewards of caregiving makes her an ideal fit for Home Instead.

Her past roles have equipped Hannah with an understanding of the care sector, enabling her to provide exceptional support to both our Care Professionals and clients.
Getting to Know Hannah
Outside of work, Hannah leads an active and varied life!
- She is an animal lover – owning a cat named Rolo and a dog called Luna which keep her busy when she’s not at work
- Hannah plays netball for Hailsham
- Hanah enjoys reading and cinema outings
She is enthusiastic about her new role and shares “I am very excited to be part of the team – using my experience to support Care Professionals and clients. I look forward to meeting everyone in the office soon!”
