Mark has been the owner of Home Instead East Northants for 13 years. He knows first-hand how high-quality care can make a real difference to peoples’ lives and is also passionate about providing valuable employment opportunities in the local community.

Rosina has been the owner of Home Instead East Northants for 13 years. She knows first-hand how high-quality care can make a real difference to peoples’ lives and has considerable experience in the care sector, including having undergone RGN training.

Sheri is our General & Registered Care Manager. She has worked in the care industry for over 19 years and has an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.

Jackie is one of our Registered Care Managers. She has worked in the care industry for over 25 years and has an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.

Angela has recently become one of our Care Managers. She has worked in the care industry for over 10 years as a Senior Care Coordinator and in 2014 won the Regional Great British Care Award for HomeCare Coordinator.

Mags is our Care Professional Support Trainer. She has worked in the care industry for over 40 years, has a multitude of qualifications, and is a member of The Trainers Guild. Her training is of the highest quality and she personally trains all of our Care Professionals.

The support and advice provided over the last few years from Home Instead East Northants has been invaluable as the care needs increasingly developed for both my Mum and Dad. It is very reassuring to know a carer will be there every day and will communicate with us via an online log after every visit. You know exactly what is going on throughout every day. A number of the team developed close friendships with both my parents which was lovely to see whilst at the same time professionally delivering the care they needed.
