Our Care Professionals visit our clients in their own homes, and so you will be out and about in the community. The role of a Care Professional is varied and fulfilling, it’s a job with purpose. From companionship and household tasks to supporting with getting dressed and ready for the day ahead, your time will be spent with older adults in Dudley, allowing them to maintain their independence in the home and local community they love. All our home visits are at least one hour, giving time to get to know your regular clients.
Because delivering exceptional care is paramount, we provide award-winning training to our teams — ensuring you’re confident and ready even before your first home care visit. At Home Instead Dudley, we’re rated outstanding by the CQC and are committed to continuous development, fostering a supportive environment where you can thrive as a Care Professional.
