Ram, Rayan, and Cayden from Home Instead Dartford laced up their running shoes for a 5K to support Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH)!

We believe that home care is about more than just tasks; it’s about being a supportive, active part of our Dartford and Bexley community. That’s why we’re bursting with pride to share a special recent achievement: our very own Director/Owner, Ram, and his twin sons, Rayan and Cayden (both 10!), successfully completed a 5K race in Hyde Park Corner for the magnificent Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH)!
This wasn’t just another Sunday run; it was a mission driven by the heart. Rayan and Cayden, who have already shown incredible community spirit by running a mini-marathon for a local Community Hospice, decided they wanted to do more for children in need.
Ram was honored to join them, making it a true family team effort. Together, they tackled the 5K, putting in the miles and the effort to support GOSH’s vital work for sick children and their families.
We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to the generosity of friends and supporters, the team raised an amazing £250!
For the Home Instead Dartford family, this race epitomizes what we stand for. We often talk about community care, and for us, that means actively giving back and supporting the causes that make our area and the wider world a better, healthier place.
Our mission is to enhance the lives of those we serve, and that passion extends far beyond the four walls of our clients’ homes. Whether we are providing compassionate, personalized home care for a senior in Dartford, or running a 5K to help children receive world-class medical attention, our commitment remains the same: care and kindness come first.
This event is just one way we show that we are more than just a care company—we are a dedicated team that is proud to live, work, and contribute to the community we serve.
We want to give a huge well done to Rayan and Cayden for their determination, and to Ram for supporting their wonderful idea. Their energy and enthusiasm are truly inspiring!
Thank you to everyone who supported their run and GOSH.
