Veganuary encourages people to follow a vegan lifestyle throughout January. Not only do you aim to eat vegan food but also not buy any non-vegan clothes, cosmetics, or other items during the month. 

Why do people sign up?

· It is the best way to help animals.
· To much meat can be bad for us – can cause high blood pressure or high cholesterol.
· It is good for your health – eating more fruit and veg can help lose weight and boost your energy levels.
· It helps our planet
