Music is the Key

In July we had Jacky Ayres come along to run a musical taster session for our Whitchurch Memory Café.

We had a lovely mix of singing, Musical Bingo, matching up pairs of famous people and playing the percussion parts to songs with bells.

Everyone had so much fun and luckily for us, Jacky runs groups across Cardiff so her musical groups can be accessed by all. Please see the poster below or visit their website to find out when and where she is.

Our Care Pro Sophie T accompanied one of her clients today who clearly loves singing along to her favourite tunes.
