Ageism Action Day
On 20th March we participated in celebrating Ageism Action Day.
We collaborated with Cardiff Council and other supporting organisations to encourage overcoming barriers to ageing.
There were many activities to join in with, and the experiences were made even sweeter with the inclusion of the children from Windsor Clive Primary School.
We ran an intergenerational version of our famous Honky Horn Quiz which saw 4 teams made up with a mix of adults and children, battle for the winner’s spot.
Our winning team got first pick of the chocolates and sweets, as well as posing with our Home Instead Caring Bear and winner’s trophy.
