Senior Fraud Prevention

Detective Chief Inspector Helen Williams of the London Metropolitan Police joined Dale and Diana Bevington for a talk about fraud at the Lancelot Hasluck Trust in East Barnet.

Fraud is a growing crime employing the post, telephone, and increasingly the internet.

Older people are often the targets and the Senior Fraud Programme is about helping older people in our community to be aware of fraud and how to protect themselves.  We have teamed up with a national charity Think Jessica, to help get the message across.

Many thanks to Heather Greary and Neil Kobish of the Lancelot Hasluck Trust for inviting us.   We are happy to come along to deliver the talk so do get in touch with Dale Bevington to arrange a date!
