Care Quality Comission Report, Home Instead Senior Care not only met all the essential government standards but also received high praise from their clients in Altrincham and Sale. When contacted by the inspector, one relative replied.

"It is the best thing I have ever done to use them. I have found them to be a very caring group of people who really think about what they are doing. It is an excellent service."

 Owner Alan Savage says,

"It's how we provide the care that sets us apart, especially with the fantastic comments about our team. Our aim is to improve our clients quality of life to the best of our ability, and help them to remain independent and happy at home. It's great to hear that all our hard work and dedication to both our clients and service has been acknowledged."

CQC quotes client experience...

"The personal care is excellent, they are very patient as my father is a difficult man, but he really likes them and the relationship is excellent."

"They seem to take on board exactly what we need, other agencies just told me what we needed. The care is absolutely excellent and understanding."

"They have taken a great pressure off me, they are flexible and have good open communication."

CQC saw regular reviews of care plans and risk assessment had been undertaken involving the person or their representative which demonstrated that the provider regularly considered adjustments to reflect people's changing care needs.

One relative told us (CQC);

 "On two or three occasions we have reviewed my Mum's needs. They spent an hour discussing matters, do we need to change anything, are we happy with everything? They are there to listen to us and will respond to everything we need."

 Staff  comments

"They have an open door policy. I can discuss any issues and it gets sorted. I find they have been very flexible around my own personal needs. I feel they genuinely care about me."

"I feel I am qualified to undertake my role. I have recently completed a City and Guilds in dementia which is extra training, it was a more in depth course."

"In terms of the manager and team, I have absolute confidence in them and are totally approachable."

The work we do has a great impact, supporting not only the clients but also their families.  At Home Instead Senior Care Altrincham we provide guidance and much needed support to ensure the best care and help is available to all affected.
