Job Description

The Office Coordinator is responsible for the smooth, effective and efficient running of the administration of the York and Scarborough offices.  This role is responsible for the coordination and monitoring of all compliance relating to the offices, clients and CAREGivers to ensure that they meet our franchise standards. 

Key areas of responsibility are the administration that ensures:

  • Client compliance
  • CAREGiver compliance
  • HR, training and recruitment records are accurate and up to date

Qualifications

Above all you will need to have a passion for excellent customer service and empathy for our clients and their families as well as for the challenging role of our team of CAREGivers.

You will need to have an eye for detail, be very comfortable with using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel in particular) and an ability to manage several streams of work at the same time. 

It is important that you are able to learn how to use new software and systems and be able to adapt to change as the care sector and our business are both evolving rapidly.

Although not essential, being a driver may be an advantage for the occasions you need to meet clients or CAREGivers.

  • This role involves working 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch break each day
