This peaceful farm-based club meets on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and caters specifically to older men. While advance booking is required, the environment—complete with barn activities and animal care—is ideal for those who benefit from calm, rural settings.
Located around seven miles from Yeovil, The Shire provides supported, outdoor day services for people with learning disabilities. Visitors can enjoy the tranquillity of a smallholding and meaningful time in nature, with sessions designed for different comfort levels.
