Care Professional Vacancies in Wrexham & Flintshire - April 2023

Are you looking for a new rewarding role? Have you considered working as a Care Professional for Home Instead?

In this role, you’ll be supporting clients with a variety of different tasks, enabling them to continue living independently in the comfort of their own home.  You’ll be providing them with an invaluable service, allowing them to live life in the way that they choose.

What to expect from your role as Home Care Assistant?

It’s not all jobs where you can say that every day is different, but that certainly applies when working in care.  All our clients are unique – each person receives a bespoke care plan, tailored to their needs.

You might be working with a client who has recently come out of hospital and needs some help around the home in order to regain their independence.  Your client may be living with dementia and may need assistance in personal care, reminders to take their medication or support at mealtimes.  Your client may be feeling isolated and wants some companionship, someone who can accompany them to a local activity group or simply to just share a cuppa and a conversation.

Whatever it is you do, you can be sure that your help and support will be making a huge difference to their quality of life.

Where will I be working?

All our clients live in their own home so you’ll be visiting them in the place that they feel the most comfortable.  We have clients across Wrexham and Flintshire however we don’t want our Care Professionals to feel like they are spending the day just travelling to and from different areas.  You’ll be working in a small team based local to where you live, so that the majority of the day will be spent with your clients and not just sat behind the wheel of your vehicle.

We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants in the following areas:

Mold/Buckley/Hawarden

Connah’s Quay/Flint/Northop
