Just a note to say thank you for everything you did for Dad over the last few years. Your care and support for him was constant, unquestioning, and appreciated.

Thank you also for the professional and empathetic way in which you dealt with Dad’s death earlier this week.

A special mention for SM (Care Pro) who became a great friend of Dad’s as well as giving great care and support.

Ann my mom’s carer has played an instrumental part in settling mom into her new home, she is so delightful, happy, and cheery and so good for my mom’s wellbeing. Also, whenever I am on holiday home instead will always step up and accommodate mom by adding extra visits

I can’t thank your carers enough; they have gone above and beyond to help J today when she wasn’t well. J has gone into respite and I haven’t had to worry about her getting ready, the carers have organised everything for me, packed her bag and collected medications.

Thanks a million to you Lucie for caring and all your help too.

 

I’d like to take the opportunity to thank Nathan, Lucie and Andrea and the amazing carers Home Instead have provided us for all of your dedication, support, consistency and excellent quality of care over the years to me and mom which has enabled her to stay at home with me and enjoy those memories together.

So pleased with all our carers Teresa, Dawn, and Sarah they are such lovely kind and caring ladies, that look after my mom. This enables me to go out with total peace of mind that she is safe has companion and cared for so well.

I just wanted to thank yourself and your team for the care you provided for my mother Valerie, both Michael and I were hugely grateful for the level of care and making our mother comfortable in her final weeks.

I would like to express particular thanks to Parveen who I  know was the most frequent member of your team to visit, for the care and attention she gave to Valerie.

It has been an absolute pleasure to have had Home Instead care for my mom. You are all so nice and caring to speak to in the office and the carers have been so wonderful – my mom was very fond of them all especially Sarah.

Please accept my deepest apologies for taking so long to send you all my sincere and heartfelt thanks for all you did for Alan during the last 6+ years of his life. We would not have been able to spend those years together without the excellent service your provided.

The personalities of Alan’s ladies and gentlemen helped him to accept (or tolerate!) the undignified situation he had to endure – they were caring, friendly and well trained, and supported us both.

I can’t imagine life without him, but at least I have the knowledge that he was lovingly cared for by the Home Instead team.

Lucie, I must say the team are fantastic, we couldn’t have wished for more respectful people coming in to help.

It means the world to us that he can stay in his home longer, he is much, much happier with the company and attention.
