Sincere Gratitude To Our Wonderful Caring Community

Our #BEASANTA campaign has been a huge success again this year. We are honestly overwhelmed by the caring nature of our local community and the support we have received.

2025 has been a challenging year for everyone, largely due to persistent high living costs, economic uncertainty and cautious sentiment. However, the number of gift donations has astounded us. It sounds like a cliché, but the warmth, generosity and charitable nature of our local community is truly humbling.

We’d like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported our campaign this year, from all our community partners who hosted a tree, to the wonderful members of the public who have donated gifts, and to all the local organisations who help ensure those gifts are delivered to local seniors in time for Christmas.

It’s easy to assume that the sense of community has diminished in recent times because of the adoption of social media and other digital platforms. Yes sure, the way we communicate has changed for ever, but from our experience, there remains a real sense of community, and it’s one that really cares about our ageing population.

Your kindness and generosity will genuinely make a real difference to all those who receive a gift from our campaign, many of whom live alone and do not have family to support them.

At Home Instead, we live to support and care for our older population, but our campaign is not focused on our clients, but simply those who maybe alone at Christmas. Receiving a gift from a stranger helps provide a reassurance that the community still cares, and that they may live alone but they are absolutely not forgotten.

Thank you everyone again from the bottom our of hearts – you are absolutely wonderful people and we are inspired by your generosity.

Merry Christmas from all the Home Instead Team. Xxx
