Dementia Workshop

We were delighted to host the #SocialPrescribing team from Wirral Citizen’s Advice services, when they visited our Prenton Offices for a Dementia Workshop with our Community Engagement Officer Mary Costello-Smith.

The Social Prescribing team provide invaluable support to people across the Wirral community, through the team of Link Workers who are based in surgeries across the Wirral. They help patients identify and link with sources of support within the community. These non-medical referrals often complement existing medical treatments to improve health and well-being.
