Connecting and Supporting at the CoLLaB Carer Connection Event

Yesterday, our wonderful Community Team attended the CoLLaB Carer Connection Event at Greasby Library, and what a fantastic, supportive day it was!

The event was specifically designed to provide vital information, resources, and a listening ear to local people navigating the journey of supporting a loved one living with dementia.

Spotlighting Support & Practical Advice

We were thrilled to have two of our dedicated team members leading the charge to support local families:

• Expert Insights: Jonathan, our Community Engagement Officer from the Chester office, delivered an informative and heartfelt dementia talk, sharing practical advice on understanding and navigating the complexities of the condition.
• Guidance on Hand: Helen, our local Community Engagement Officer, hosted our dedicated information stand, meeting face-to-face with carers to answer specific questions and guide them toward the right resources.
