A day to remember
We had the most wonderful day yesterday celebrating VE Day 80 with a group of our lovely clients and their Care Professionals at our Prenton offices. It was a special afternoon and one we’ll remember for many years to come.
We were entertained by the fantastic Heswall Strummers, who delivered a repertoire of classic wartime and other popular songs, with everyone joining in with the singing. It was such a special afternoon celebrating an historic event, whilst also remembering those who gave their lives during WWII. We love days like these and as it really was a special occasion and we can’t wait until ‘we’ll meet again.’ 🙂
A big shout out to our Community Engagement Officers, Ange and Pauline, and to all our Wirral team for their hard work and support to make it such a me’morable afternoon for our clients. And a special mention to Emily for baking and deocrating those wonderful cakes.
