This ignited her desire to make a tangible impact in her community. At Home Instead, Clare emphasizes a rule-free environment when it comes to client enquiries, ensuring we can meet diverse needs and provide exceptional care. We instil a profound mission in our team—to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, enabling them to live independently at home. The role of a live-in Carer
Join our team as a Live-In Care Professional with Home Instead, where you’ll provide essential non-medical services in a client’s home. This role encompasses companionship, household tasks, personal care, and ensuring the client’s well-being. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and client transportation. You’ll adapt to various living environments, respect privacy, and maintain communication with our team. Essential qualities include empathy, adaptability, effective communication, and organizational skills. The position requires participation in training, documentation, and adherence to safety standards. A commitment to dignified, respectful care for diverse clients is a must.
