Our hidden gem!

With close to 100 people working at Home Instead, we regularly receive outstanding feedback from our clients about our amazing caregivers. Each and everyone of them is very special and unique, but they all share the same values - they care, from the very bottom of their hearts.

One key player in our Home Instead family, has one of the biggest hearts I know . She has no idea  how amazing she is. Rebecca Terrell - Head of Client Services, works tirelessly to ensure that all our Clients and CAREGivers are looked after, understood, treated with respect and love. She has a vocation to provide the most appropriate, empathetic, tailor made care and leaves no stone unturned in order to get the highest quality care provision for each and everyone of our clients.

Every clients that she has been out to meet and brought into our Home Instead family, Rebecca has come away wanting to care for them herself. She has a wonderful ability to assess and identify the needs of them all, arrange the right sort of person centred care, thinking about the family and loved ones and leaving people feeling comforted in the knowledge that Home Instead will look after them.

She identifies the right match every time and encourages and guides our CAREGivers in their understanding of our clients needs. Nothing comes in the way of this. She is always on call and there to help out at the drop of a hat - regardless of how it might interfere with her life outside the business.

On top of all this loveliness, Rebecca had found time to train to be a Zumba dance instructed and took a specific exam in Zumba Gold - particularly aimed at older people and those with more limited mobility. She runs regular sessions at our Memory Cafés and also offers carers the chance to come to a Wednesday evening session.

Thank you Rebecca for all your unconditional love and support for Home Instead, it's clients and CAREGivers.
