New Recruitment and Training Co-ordinator recruited!

Welcome Kate!
Welcome Kate!

A very big welcome to our new Recruitment and Training Co-ordinator - Kate Spragg, who makes number six in the Home Instead - Wimbledon and Kingston office - well seven if you include the dog!

Kate's role is so important !  Who we recruit is paramount to being able to offer the best care possible. Providing care at home to vulnerable adults, who may have dementia, long term conditions, learning disabilities or may simply be old and lonely and need a bit of Companionship, is often a lifeline to many to maintain independence.

We recruit local people, so if you need care at home in Surbiton or care in Wimbledon then we will have caregivers who live locally, who know the area and what is around and about.

Kate, is delighted to have joined the team, sharing her enthusiasm and commitment to making a difference to the quality of life for our clients.  Kate's background is in personal training.  She has worked with adults with Down syndrome and learning disabilities.  She felt it was a joy to see them make tiny improvements which always touched her heart.

Kate understands that you can teach someone to give care, but you can't teach someone to care!

Welcome on board Kate!
