Happy 2014 to you all......

Happy 2014 to everyone. With many of our clients cared for so beautifully over Christmas by our fantastic team of CAREGivers, we head into the New Year ready to continue making a difference to the lives of those we care for.

As Home Instead Senior Care basks in the glory of being voted nationally, as No 1 Quality Home Care Provider for the elderly, and with some very exciting initiatives coming up this year, we here in New Malden, are focusing our attentions on the good folk of Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Worcester Park, Tolworth, Coombe, Kingston and Surbiton, and ensuring that they first and foremost are receiving the very best care possible.

We look at each and every one of our Clients as a person – not a number or a case or a package of care - but someone with very specific needs. A desperate desire for companionship is top of the list, followed a close second by continuity and trust. It’s all about knowing who is coming into your home, and when they are coming and liking who is coming as well.

Our CAREGivers not only know their clients, they love and cherish them, as if they are members of their own family.

And we know that this is reciprocated, especially with Christmas just passed – as we had so many beautiful gifts and cards of thanks from not only our clients but their families too.

This year will be filled with many hurdles to get over, rivers to cross and mountains to climb, but one thing is certain, we will continue to only recruit people who have a big heart and want to make a difference, we will continue to train our staff to the best standard possible and we will look after our clients in the only way we know how, with love and kindness, dignity and respect. After all, they deserve it.

To us it’s personal…….
