We are always working on finding ways to prevent isolation and keep the older community active, which is why we are inviting you to enjoy a chair-based exercise programme created by the British Gymnastics Foundation.

This works to benefit older people, including those with dementia and mild cognitive impairment, by enabling the left side and right side of the brain to process information separately. It all helps to improve cognitive function, co-ordination and the ability to carry out daily activities more independently, as well as being a great way to get out and socialise!

To book your seat please contact Ellie at Home Instead on 020 8942 4137 or email [email protected].
