Valuing Interns, Empowering Success: Enuri's Journey within Our Team

We’ve got some fantastic news to share with you. Our beloved team member, Enuri, has been making waves in our company since she joined us a little over a year ago. We couldn’t be more thrilled to announce that Enuri has not only excelled in her role but has also been offered a full-time position with us. Let’s take a moment to celebrate her journey and all the incredible milestones she’s achieved along the way.

Enuri originally reached out to us as she was looking for some work that she could do flexibly around her studies. From day one, Enuri has shown an exceptional ability to connect with our clients. Her warm and friendly personality, coupled with her outstanding communication skills, made her an instant hit. Clients simply love working with her, and it’s not hard to see why. Enuri goes above and beyond to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results. Her dedication and attention to detail have earned her a stellar reputation among our clients.

Now and again, someone special crosses your path and this happened when Enuri was introduced to me. I have met many new Care Professionals over the years but with Enuri, her smile, manner and beautiful innocence touched my heart. – Clare Jefferies, Owner Director

After a few months Enuri asked us if she could undertake an internship to support her studies in Psychology at Kingston University. We were immediately impressed by her passion for the industry and her willingness to take on new challenges so of course we said yes. Throughout her internship, Enuri has shown remarkable commitment and a hunger to absorb knowledge. She’s been a sponge, soaking up everything she can from our experienced team members. And boy, has she come a long way!

Since joining the team, Enuri’s growth and development have been wonderful to witness. From her first tentative steps as a Care Professional to a curious intern to her current role as an integral part of our recruitment team, Enuri has blossomed into a confident and capable professional. She’s embraced every opportunity to learn and has honed her skills.

It gives us immense pleasure to announce that Enuri has been offered a full-time position within our company as our new Recruitment Administrator. We firmly believe she is the perfect fit for our team, and we’re excited to see how she will continue contributing to our success. Enuri’s dedication, talent, and ability have earned her this opportunity, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board.

We are delighted to offer Enuri a full-time role with us as Recruitment Administrator. Her empathy for recruits genuinely shines out. She has become the face of recruitment marketing videos with her winning smile and gentle charm. – Clare Jefferies, Owner Director

We are incredibly proud of her accomplishments and look forward to her excelling in her new role. Enuri, we raise our glasses to you and toast to a bright and prosperous future togethe
