How do we support our wellbeing programme?

Having received an impressive employee engagement score of 90% in 2022, we’re proud of our commitment to supporting staff wellbeing. We put our beliefs into action with the following:

  • Wellbeing Toolkit: employees are given hints, tips and resources to support them with the pressures of day-to-day life.
  • Employee Assistance Programme: face to face or virtual counselling sessions and an app to access help or support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Healthy Partnerships: we’re always looking to build relationships with businesses in areas such as mental health and nutrition to expand the support we offer.
  • Employee Benefits: we offer a wide range of initiatives such as discounts on gym memberships, access to the Cycle to Work scheme, discounted health assessments, eyecare vouchers and BHSF Health Cash Plans.
