Wellness Activities with Chalkhill Community Centre

For older adults aged 65 and above, Chalkhill Community Centre offer an amazing new project called ‘Stay Well’ offering learning opportunities and engaging classes. It is a 2-year long project that focuses on improving mental and physical health and wellbeing of aging adults as well as supporting their memory function. It involves Weekly Exercise Classes, Weekly Activities Sessions, Well-Being Walks and 2 Celebration Events across the year.

The project is open to all Brent residents, so why not try something new and meet some like-minded individuals and enjoy a new skill!
