Home Instead Senior Care is a 24 year old, American franchise that provides at home care and support to older adults in Watford and throughout the world.
Whilst providing dignified compassionate support, we recognise the need to supply a truly wonderful care experience to our private pay customers and their family.
Unlike any other care organisation in the UK, we provide free community education programs in Dementia and Senior Fraud, have published our own book on Dementia care, have our own UK charity to ‘bring Joy’ to older adults, created a bespoke training academy for staff, created our own care staff induction training and ongoing City & Guild Dementia training. These are a few of the initiatives Home Instead Senior Care focuses on as well as the direct support to clients and their family.
Home Instead Senior Care Watford is looking for a kind, confident Community Relationship Manager who is actively involved within their local community.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in establishing and maintaining relationships within the community and networking with a diverse range of people.
You will be confident in creating marketing campaigns and networking events. A passion for working with the elderly and wanting to make a difference is a must.
