At Home Instead Watford we know what ‘great care’ looks and feels like, but we also know what ‘exceptional care’ looks like, where our Care Professionals know how to do ‘that little bit extra’ on behalf of the clients they care for.
We love this example where Rahila, one of our Care Professionals, decided to knit this wonderful handwarmer for one of her clients. In this case her client likes to keep her hands moving and active, and so Rahila thought she would fashion this great creation, that incorporates little buttons inside to play with.
Needless to say, her client was and still is delighted with her new handwarmer. We just love this and a very big well done to Rahila for thinking outside the box to bring some extra comfort and support!
